Weekend In Yallingup

We had a great time in Yallingup (just outside Dunsborough) for our friend Dereks 40th. 4 Families, 7 kids & 8 adults, in one big house in the middle of a forest. It was excellent and the kids generally all behaved very well. We arrived on the Fri afternoon and just chilled and then on Sat we headed to Busselton where the kids had a shot on the trampolines. We then headed for an archery centre and, yes, we did let Liam and Ryan loose with bows and arrows!!!! Liam really enjoyed it, Ryan took a bit more coaxing. They also had a crazy golf course and a mini racing car track, Liam was in his element.

Fathers Day Footy Game

This was Liam's first year playing Auskick and he really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I missed the Mothers day game, in Melborne, but Joe got stuck in for the dad's game. As far as we knew the kids won hands down:-)
The last picture is of Liam and his friend James (they are both in the same class at school). James's mum and dad were the manager and coach respectivley for the footy season.
James's dad, James is the guy Joe has been playing a bit of golf with. They just stay a long the road so the kids are able to play after school and at weekends.

Girls Weekend in Melborne

Well as some of you may or may not know, I managed to catch up with some friends over in Melborne. We had a great weekend, visited the Ice Bar and the Casino and just enjoyed looking after ourselves for a few days.
We did decide however that two days was really not long enough!!!
