Somerly Latest - June 2008

Well we are finally getting there. The pool is all in and finished and even before the paving went down the kids were in. Not for long though because it is freezing at the moment and even with the heating it will not really warm up enough this winter, hopefully this time next year we will still be able to be going in, or at least the kids will! The front of the house is also more or less finished, we've had our landscape meeting and the front garden is due to be done on 30 July, so everthing finally seems to be coming together!

Bali 2008 - Day trip to Elephant Camp

This was great day and the kids loved the elephants. We seen a couple of baby elephants and a couple of honey bears, both of which you could feed and pat. The elephant ride was good and the handlers couldn't have been more helpful as far as taking pictures and video and talking about the elephants.

Really worth while day out!

The wedding was a great day and you couldn't have asked for a better setting.

Bali was great we had a fab time, the weather was not to humid and not to hot. The kids loved the pool and had no problem with eating out. We were only a 10min stroll along the beach from our friends hotel which meant we ended up there most days at some point and just used their pool and complimentary towels!
