Fathers Day Footy Game

This was Liam's first year playing Auskick and he really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I missed the Mothers day game, in Melborne, but Joe got stuck in for the dad's game. As far as we knew the kids won hands down:-)
The last picture is of Liam and his friend James (they are both in the same class at school). James's mum and dad were the manager and coach respectivley for the footy season.
James's dad, James is the guy Joe has been playing a bit of golf with. They just stay a long the road so the kids are able to play after school and at weekends.

Girls Weekend in Melborne

Well as some of you may or may not know, I managed to catch up with some friends over in Melborne. We had a great weekend, visited the Ice Bar and the Casino and just enjoyed looking after ourselves for a few days.
We did decide however that two days was really not long enough!!!

Mindarie Beach

This beach is just 5mins down the road from us. It has the usual soft, white sand but the waves were pretty big and there was quite a strong under current. The boys got a few dunkings before they decided they had had enough.

Tae kwon do Grading

Liam recently had his first Tae Kwon Do grading, he passed this and received his orange belt.
