Kirsty Does Have a Social Life!!!!!

Yes I do get out! This is my friends hen night (not Ali that is getting married in Bali, another friend), it was a 60's/70's theme and as you can see i was quite reserved compared to a couple of the others. We all met up at a pub and then headed off in a party bus, pics not publishable, down to Fremantle to a belly dancing class. Didn't learn very much but it was a good laugh, then a few drinks in Freo and then back to the city, where i gave up and headed home.

All in all a great night was had by all!!

PS, i was sort of dressed up, my dress was in the 60's theme and was very short with bright orange tights and knee length boots. That was more than enough for me!

Moore River, Guilderton 03/02/2008

Moore River is about 45mins north of us and is a realy nice little area which allows you to play and go out in pedallows in the river, or try boogie boarding in the surf, which is a bit rough and has quite a drag. The boys (all of them) did manage to swim from one side of the river over to the wee island on the other. The sand bank which you can see in picture 2, is only visible in spring and summer, the rest of the year the river flows into the ocean

Somerly Latest - 01/02/2008

Well the kitchen is now fitted and i am very pleased with it. Compared to what we have just now, which is a very narrow kitchen, i think we will find it hugh. The bathroom unit is the same in both bathrooms and is a pale silver door with a dark grey top. Hopefully we will really start to see things moving now.

Murrays Update - 28 Jan 2008

Well since my last post at Xmas we have been living quietly. New Year was a fairly quiet civilised affair, with another three couples coming round to us for BBQ. There was only another couple of kids, and they all played well together. We brought the bells in and finished the night about 1.30am, so not bad.

Since then, Joe went back to work on 3rd Jan and Ryan was back at swimming lessons for another couple of wks. Then into the last few weeks of the summer hols. Now into final week and kids really in need of there own space. Me too!!!

The house has made slow progress over the festive period. We now have the windows all in, the internal plaster work almost completed and the front has been rendered, will post some more pics soon. Hopefully we will have lock up this week and then see some faster movement. Still hoping for completion mid to late March, fingers crossed.

Liam starts kindy in Feb so will finally have a couple of days to myself. Guess i should start thinking about getting a job!!!!! Maybe!

Well that's about us up to date for now. Will get some more pics on soon, but thought i would just give a quick update and let you know we are all still alive & well.
